breastfeeding classes and support

I facilitate a monthly class for pregnant women focussed on breastfeeding in the early days and weeks. Topics include:
  • latch and positioning
  • establishing your milk supply
  • trouble-shooting in the early days
  • realistic expectations around infant feeding and sleeping
  • finding support
Cost is €40 for the 2 hour class and includes membership of Cuidiú for a year.

I host a breastfeeding support morning every second Tuesday from 10-12 in my home. This is free for Cuidiú members and €2 for non-members. Telephone support available at other times.
